A Course In Miracles will be released on July 1, 2024, on revered Vancouver DIY label Kingfisher Bluez (Laura Veirs, Dirty Beaches, Xiu Xiu, Peach Pit). It was printed with love in Canada at Clampdown Records.

A Course In Miracles is a concept record about Sylvia, a suburbanite “witch” on the verge of a complete breakdown. Sylvia is a poster child for people who have reached a breaking point living within the world’s current “apocalyptic conditions” (e.g., climate change, techno-fascism, etc.). Deprived of substantial cultural traditions, they must cobble together their own spiritual solutions, which are often leveraged from dubious sources (e.g., old religious systems, media-driven trends, etc.). Finally, Sylvia might just be an avatar for Kristin, whose own life basically fell apart while recording this album and sloooooooowly preparing its release.
